Mistrijee provides a predictive vehicle intelligence platform that includes an OBD-II hardware device, predictive maintenance alerts, and connectivity with affiliated garages. Our services are designed to predict vehicle maintenance needs and facilitate timely servicing through our network of partner garages.
When you pre-book a Mistrijee OBD device, you agree to pay a refundable deposit of Rs 500. This deposit reserves your position in the delivery queue. The deposit is fully refundable if you choose to cancel before the device is shipped. The remaining balance will be communicated before shipping and must be paid prior to dispatch.
Pre-booking does not constitute a binding purchase agreement. We reserve the right to modify device pricing, specifications, and delivery timelines. You will be notified of any material changes before your device ships.
The Mistrijee OBD device is designed for use in vehicles equipped with an OBD-II port. You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is compatible before ordering. The device must be used in accordance with the instructions provided. Mistrijee is not responsible for any damage resulting from improper installation or use in incompatible vehicles.
Mistrijee's maintenance predictions are generated using algorithms based on vehicle diagnostics data and driving behavior patterns. These predictions are advisory in nature and should not be treated as a substitute for professional mechanical inspection. Mistrijee does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any prediction.
You acknowledge that vehicle maintenance decisions remain your responsibility. Mistrijee shall not be liable for any vehicle damage, breakdown, or safety issue arising from reliance on our predictions alone.
Garages in the Mistrijee network are independent businesses and not employees, agents, or representatives of Mistrijee. While we facilitate connections between car owners and garages, the service contract is between you and the garage. Mistrijee does not guarantee the quality, pricing, or timeliness of work performed by any garage partner.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, device designs, software, and algorithms, is the property of Mistrijee Technologies Private Limited and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mistrijee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, device, or platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the device.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Patna, Bihar.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
